Quick AI Case Summaries with Agentforce

Want to save your customer support team hours of manual work? By combining Salesforce DynamicForms with Agentforce, your users can generate instant, meaningful case summaries with just a few clicks.

Here is how to set it up in minutes:

1. Enable Dynamic Forms

  • Head to Cases, open any open case, and click EditPage via the settings gear.
  • Click the RecordDetails component, then click UpgradeNow in the properties pane to enable Dynamic Forms.
  • Choose your page layout and click Finish.

2. Connect the Einstein Prompt

  • Click on the QuickSummary field within your new layout.
  • In the prompt template option, search for and select QuickSummary.
  • Click Save, then Activate it as your Org Default for both desktop and phone.


Now, when an agent opens a case, they can simply edit the Quick Summary field and click GetEinstein'shelp. Einstein instantly generates a smart summary based on your template. Just click Use, close the overlay, and hit save!
