Refund Eligibility
- All purchases made for Peoplewoo or Peoplewoo Skills services, including CRM implementation, marketing automation support, consulting, or online courses, are generally non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable once access to a digital service, training session, or course has been granted.
- Exceptions may apply only in cases where Peoplewoo cancels a scheduled live training session or fails to deliver a purchased service.
Course or Service Cancellation by Peoplewoo
- If a live session or service is cancelled by Peoplewoo for any reason, affected participants or clients may be eligible for a full refund or an equivalent credit that can be applied toward future sessions or services.
- Participants will be notified promptly via email in such cases.
Refund Request Process
- If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please email your request to info@peoplewoo.com.
- Your refund request must include your full name, email address, course or service name, payment details, and a description of the issue or cancellation reason.
- Our team will review your request and verify eligibility according to this policy.
Refund Approval and Processing
- If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for purchase.
- Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
- If you have received a completion certificate or service confirmation, it will become invalid once a refund is processed.
Rescheduling and Substitutions
- For live training sessions, you may request to reschedule to a future batch at least 48 hours before the session starts.
- Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and approval by the Peoplewoo Skills team.
Non-Refundable Items
- Completed consulting projects or CRM/automation implementations.
- Digital course access, downloadable content, or recorded sessions.
- Promotional or discounted offers once purchased.

Peoplewoo reserves the right to revise or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will indicate acceptance of the revised terms.
